Also it is a transportation hub for Arugam bay, Ampara, Wellawaya, Bibile, Badulla and to many wild life tourist attraction destinations such as Yala , Kumana , Gal oya national parks. Lack of hotel accommodations for the people who are travelling long distances via Monaragala town was the first impression given by the client.
A boutique type hotel with basic requirements was the best solution in the middle town. Building facilitated with 15 bed rooms, 250 capacity banquet hall, roof terrace restaurant and bar , guest lobby , pool and staff accommodations.
